Jamie O'Hara is ready to be Wolves' 'go-to' man going forwards – starting away to Premier leaders Manchester City tomorrow.
Midfielder O'Hara scored his second goal in as many games in Wednesday's Carling Cup 5-2 defeat to City at Molineux.
And he revealed that boss Mick McCarthy wants him to revert to 'the hole' behind Kevin Doyle, where he enjoyed success last season when on loan.
"I had a chat with the gaffer and he's going to try to play me a bit further up the field," said the £3.5m summer signing.
