Ward, who needed a pain killing injection in his knee to face Birmingham on Sunday, is hopeful that Mick McCarthy's men can complete a league double over the Londoners, having won 1-0 at White Hart Lane.
He said: "Obviously, Tottenham are a big side.
"But we turned them over there and there is no reason why we can't do it here.
"We are in the bottom three and people are already going to be writing us off as one of the main relegation candidates so, in a sense, we have nothing to lose.
"We are going to go out there and fight with every ounce in our body and be as adventurous as we can to get out of this relegation zone.
"We still feel that we have got every chance as it is so tight at the bottom.
"There are six or seven, maybe eight sides that could all be dragged into a tough relegation battle."
Wolves have failed to pick up a victory in the league since beating Burnley on December 20 and Ward added: "We know what a difference a win can make.
"We are finding it tough getting a win at the moment but once we do get it then it will be all to play for.
"So there is no doom and gloom here and we are looking to get a positive result against Tottenham.
But the 24-year-old knows their next two home games are against Manchester United and Chelsea.
On-loan Belgian midfielder Adlene Guedioura is pressing for a Wolves start.
