Revealed: The most and least used railway stations in Shropshire
New statistics from the Office for Road and Rail show the busiest stations in the county - and those which have seen dwindling passenger numbers over the past year.
Topping the list was the county town of Shrewsbury, which saw just over two million passengers over the last 12 months (2,013,398), up by around 200,000 on last year.
Shrewsbury's five platforms play host to one of Transport for Wales' main railway hubs, with services arriving from Aberystwyth, Swansea and Holyhead among others, while West Midlands Railway operates two trains per hour to Birmingham New Street, which is the top destination for Shrewsbury commuters with 227,667 journeys taking place to the second city last year.
