Father hits out after son escapes serious injury evading car dodging huge pothole on Shropshire B-road
A father has hit out after his son was involved in a serious car crash when he was forced to evade an oncoming vehicle which was dodging a giant pothole.
John Titlow has told how his son's vehicle was left on its side having narrowly avoided the catastrophic consequences of hitting a tree head on.
The incident took place on the B4194 at Clogs Bank, near Button Oak, on the south Shropshire border, on Thursday, January 29.
Mr Titlow's 22-year-old son, Lawrence, was travelling northwest on the route.

As he went around a bend a car crossed the central line to avoid a pothole on the inside of the corner - and the two traffic cones which were placed there to warn drivers of the dangerous hole.
