Benjamin Cable, aged 38, was caught in a Vauxhall Corsa on New Trench Road in Telford on July 24 last year.

A test found he had 58 microgrammes of MDMA per litre of blood. The legal limit, taking into account accidental exposure to the illegal, Class A drug, is 10mcg.
