Stoke-on-Trent has hit headlines in recent months for its struggles with the use of the Class B Drug.

The issue has proved so severe that it has led to the Government to open a review on whether to upgrade the drug's legal status to Class A, meaning more severe punishments for possession or supply.

But at a meeting last week Ben Adams, Staffordshire's Police and Crime Commissioner, suggested that Telford was also facing difficulties with the drug.

Monkey Dust is a synthetic form of cathinone, a chemical which is naturally found in the khat plant.

Monkey Dust is a white or yellowish powder, which is usually snorted or wrapped up and swallowed.
