#Crazy: Driver spotted watching DVD at the wheel in Shrewsbury

Investigations are underway after a driver was spotted watching a DVD at the wheel in Shrewsbury.

West Mercia Police received a call from a concerned member of the public who saw the motorist watching the film while driving.

Police are now investigating the incident.
