Broken down lorry blocks M54
Motorists faced delays on the M54 this afternoon after a lorry broke down in the outside lane.

Police said the lorry became stuck on the eastbound carriageway between junction three and two, heading to Wolverhampton.
Highways England were dealing with situation but told drivers to expect delays as one lane was closed.
