The defence giant has landed the five-year deal to provide support for the British Army's armoured vehicle fleet. BAE's base at Hadley Park, Telford, has become the company's centre for combat vehicles in recent years, with other operations around the UK centralised in Shropshire.
During the last year a further 100 staff have been added to the workforce in Telford, giving it a total of 292.
The contract was announced by Philip Dunne, the Ludlow MP and Minister for Defence, Equipment, Support and Technology, as part of a Motorsport Industry Conference at Hadley Park.
