Liberal Democrat wins Ludlow seat
Liberal Democrat Andy Boddington has won the Ludlow North by-election.

Mr Boddington took the seat from the Conservatives in yesterday's vote.
He polled 579 votes, followed by Conservative candidate Anthony Bevington with 382 votes, Independent candidate Graeme Perks with 223 votes and Labour's Danny Sweeney with 94 votes.
Mr Boddington said: "I am humbled by the huge majority.
"This election has not been about party politics.
"It's been about getting a decent deal for Ludlow from Shropshire Council."
