Taxi firm is a disgrace
In response to a letter from Mrs S Ankritt, of Telford, on April 10, I would like to say how disgusted I am about the treatment of her son and his friend at the hands of a taxi driver.
In response to a letter from Mrs S Ankritt, of Telford, on April 10, I would like to say how disgusted I am about the treatment of her son and his friend at the hands of a taxi driver.
I would like to point out that the firm should be regarded with some suspicion if their drivers are not reporting pick-ups or if her son phoned for the cab that proper records were not kept.
Each fare is supposed, by law, to be recorded and also how much fare was paid.
The tax man might be very interested to hear about this company if they cannot identify the journey being paid for.
I sincerely hope Mrs Ankritt pursues this matter.
