Eisa has joined Montgomery Waters Meadow on an 18 month deal, with an option of an extra year, and is a left winger.

His previous club Wealdstone play in the National League South, three division below Town.

Eisa has shone for Wealdstone and his move to Shrewsbury has seen his hard work finally rewarded with a professional contract.

He said: “I’ve been working for this moment for a very long time. I’ve always wanted to be a pro footballer and I try every single day, so I’m delighted that it’s finally come to fruition.

“I’m very delighted to be here.

“It’s a huge club and it looks like they are very ambitious. From playing in the Conference South last Saturday to now being here is a really huge move for me.

"I’m a winger, I’ve got a lot of flair and I like to take people on."

He has netted 12 goals in 23 outings from the wing this season and answers Paul Hurst wish to secure wide players before tonight's 11pm deadline.

Eisa added on his three tier step up: “I feel like I’m ready.

"Obviously you have to become fitter and a bit stronger, but I’m capable of working hard and I know that the manager here likes work ethic, so I’m going to do that and I will knuckle down and try to get into the team."

Boss Hurst added his delight at the enthusiasm Eisa showed after making the trip to Shrewsbury to sign a pro deal.

And he insisted that there was little pressure on the flier to come in and have an instant impact.

“It was great to see someone come in with a big smile on their face," the boss added.

“He said he drove in and he was just like ‘wow!’ and that’s how it should be, so I think I’m going to enjoy working with him.

“He’s got the raw attributes. I’m not saying that he’s going to be coming in and challenging straight away, but at the same time I’m open minded.

“I’ve told him that there’s no pressure on him."
