Shropshire Star set to deliver petition on poor mobile signals - add your name
The Shropshire Star is getting set to deliver its petition calling for a better mobile phone service in Shropshire.
The petition, which has more than 1,500 signatories online and on paper will be sent to Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport Sajid Javid as well as the UK phone networks and Ofcom.
It urges the Government to apply pressure on the main phone networks – EE, O2, Three and Vodafone – and demand an improved service to tackle the crisis.
EE has already responded to the campaign by launching an investigation and has promised customers in Shropshire who have been blighted by poor mobile phone and internet signals that they should see improvements in the new year.
