General Election 2017: Wrekin hustings - as it happened

Candidates vying to be take the Wrekin seat in the General Election went head-to-head today at a hustings in Telford.

The event was being held held at Telford College of Arts and Technology.

Attending are Conservative Mark Pritchard, Labour's Dylan Harrison, Denis Allen from Ukip, Independent Fay Easton and Pat McCarthy from the Green Party.

Each candidate was being invited to answer a series of questions put forward by students. Questions were also invited from the audience.
