Ducati Scrambler gets new Mach 2.0 and Full Throttle styling packs

Ducati has revealed two new styling packs for the iconic Scrambler at a motorbike event in France.

The Mach 2.0 and Full Throttle packs feature new graphics, design tweaks and minor equipment changes.

First up, the Mach 2.0 gets lower aluminium handlebars and a Flat Track Pro seat. The exhaust and cylinder head covers have been painted black, while the cooling fins have been redesigned.

Californian designer Roland Sands is behind the new graphics that will adorn the motorbike, inspired by the Bell Cross Idol helmet that’s available in the Ducati catalogue. The white, yellow and orange design evokes images of the ‘60s and ‘70s, when the motorbike that inspired the Mach 2.0’s name was released.

Meanwhile, the Full Throttle pack evokes a sportier appearance with a shining black fuel tank and front mudguard, as well as a black chequerboard pattern on top of a yellow stripe.

The two bikes were revealed at the Wheels and Waves event in Biarritz, having been driven to the event in convoy with a Volkswagen California Ocean and Amarok pick-up truck. The support vehicles were converted to be mobile radio stations and will be broadcasting on the Ducati Scrambler website until June 18.
