Driver taken to hospital after his car hits telegraph pole in late night crash in Broseley
A driver was taken to hospital after his car hit a telegraph pole on a B-road in Broseley last night.
The collision happened on the B4373 at around 10.30pm.
There was nobody trapped in the vehicle when firefighters arrived on the scene.

A Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “On Tuesday, December 23, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a road traffic collision had taken place in Broseley involving one car in collision with a telegraph pole, no persons trapped.”
One fire engine was sent to the scene from Tweedale and crews used small gear to make the vehicle safe.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: "We were called shortly after 10pm to a road traffic collision involving one car on Bridgnorth Road, Broseley. One ambulance attended the scene.
"Upon arrival we found a man who was the driver of the car. He was assessed and had sustained injuries not believed to be serious. He received treatment at the scene before being conveyed to Princess Royal Hospital, Telford for further assessment.”
