Police call on residents to 'remain vigilant' after 'suspicious vehicle' seen near Oswestry

Officers say its occupants were paying undue attention to vehicles and properties in the Lawford Gardens and Henry Robertson Drive in Gobowen.

PCSO David Hughes, of the local policing team in Oswestry rural north, said: "We've had a couple of reports of a suspicious vehicle."

The officer said a grey VW Golf has been identified, with the last three digits of its registration plate being PSO.

"Please remain vigilant and report anything suspicious on 101," said PCSO Hughes.
