Holly Davidson takes the lead role in the film Perfect Woman, which is currently in post-production.

Holly, a former Ludlow School pupil said today: "I am really excited. It is the first horror film I have done and was quite scary."

The 26-year-old plays the role of Kara. She said the plot followed the antics of a reality TV programme gone too far - a hoax orchestrated to lure hundreds of beauties to a large English castle in Bristol.

Under the constant watch of the security cameras the girls are picked for their best attributes to help supply the body parts for a scientist's creation - the perfect woman.

The film is produced by Olympus Productions and stars model Caprice as the perfect woman. Baywatch star Angelica Bridges is also in the film along with Marcus Schenkenberg and Chris Brazier.

Holly, whose half sister is Hollywood star Sadie Frost, said: "It was really great working with a such a fantastic cast. The film was a lot of fun to make."

Holly will also be hitting the screens in the British film Flirting With Flamenco next month, starring alongside ex-Hollyoaks actors Jeremy Edwards and Elize du Toit.

Holly, whose mother still lives at Stanton Lacy, near Ludlow, said: "I have been really busy lately. I have just done a photo-shoot for New Woman for breast cancer and I am also doing a shoot for Esquire."
