First phase of £250m Telford project set to open
The first phase of the £250 million Southwater project will finally open on Monday when the first cars roll up the ramps into the car park.
It is the first part of the regeneration project to open and will be followed by the new hotel, restaurants and public library later in the summer.

Kate Callis, Telford & Wrekin Council's assistant director for development, business and housing, said: "The Premier Inn is going to be the first to open in mid July and probably before that the car park should be open by June 2.
"Then it's likely to be Mimosa in front of the ice rink in mid-July and Southwater One which is going to be July 14.
"And from June 6 the public space will start to be opened up down the main street to the ice rink."
Major high street chains coming to Southwater include Nandos, Wagamamas, Harvester, Pizza Express, Chimichanga Zizzi and Bella Italia.
