Harpist Becki Luff to perform at Newport Music Club concert
Harpist Becki Luff will perform works inspired by folk traditions and contemporary classical music at Cosy Hall on November 15
A concert by harpist Becki Luff will mark the end of Newport Music Club’s 2026 season next month.

Becki will perform at Cosy Hall, Water Lane, on Sunday, November 15, at 3pm, in the final concert of the year organised by the club.
She previously performed for the club as part of the Chroma Harp Duo two years ago.
A graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music, where she completed a master’s degree in 2018, Becki performs as a soloist and chamber musician and also teaches at several schools.
Her work includes performing at Wigmore Hall and the World Harp Congress in Hong Kong, as well as appearances at the Leeds International Concert Season and Buxton International Festival with the Chroma Harp Duo. She has also performed on BBC Radio 3.
Her programme in Newport will feature music by composers including John Parry, Esther Swift, Turlough Carolan and Peter Maxwell Davies, drawing on her Welsh and Irish folk influences and interest in contemporary classical music.
Tickets cost £15 for adults and £2 for children and students, payable on the door. To reserve tickets in advance, email [email protected] or call 07726 959233.
Newport Music Club will return in the new year with six further concerts, beginning with the AERA Ensemble on Sunday, January 24, at Cosy Hall.
