Planet Doughnut has installed a new machine meaning those with a sweet tooth can satisfy cravings day and night
If you have a sweet tooth that doesn't conform to standard shopping hours, then a new vending machine in Shrewsbury may just be what you need.
Planet Doughnut has installed the machine outside its bakery on Battlefield Enterprise Park north of the town centre which is available to customers 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
It even comes with its own dedicated parking space.
Planet Doughnut says the machine will be stocked daily with a selection of popular and limited-edition flavours and branded merchandise including a Cornishware mug.
Head of marketing Alice Turnbull said she was "excited to finally share what has been a well-kept secret" and bring something new and engaging to the people of Shrewsbury.
The company added that the new launch in its home town was part of wider ambitions, with interest invited from other towns, cities and workplaces looking to introduce the concept.
Founded in Shrewsbury, Planet Doughnut supplies products to retailers, independent businesses, cafés and other venues across the UK, including Everton FC and Wembley.
