Plans for Telford pet grooming business approved - among this week's applications
Neighbours were concerned about the noise.
A Telford couple have been allowed to set up a pet grooming business from a timber cabin in their back garden.
Pet owners from across the town submitted 24 supportive messages to council planners while objections were lodged from one neighbour, highways officers, and Hadley & Leegomery Parish Council.
Objections focused on potential traffic and noise issues at Pyrus Court, Hadley.
But applicants Steven and Chantelle Spare agreed to see a maximum of four pets a day with a 30 minute buffer between appointments to limit traffic movements.
They also agreed not to operate on Mondays to prevent extra traffic on bin day.

Highways officials dropped their objections after the changes were made.
Objecting neighbours - who themselves own an "anxious" dog - were concerned about noise.
Planners at Telford & Wrekin Council imposed a condition after being sent an expert report on potential noise.
Operating hours have been restricted to 9:30 am to 4.30pm Tuesday to Friday and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays with no work on Sundays or public holidays.
The timber cabin had already been built so officials considered it retrospectively.
Even though the cabin is 21cms higher than permitted development rights allow planners recorded that this is "not considered to result in any material harm to residential amenity or the character of the area in this instance."
Officials recorded that they "fully considered" all the comments made and decided to approve it with conditions.
"Officers do not consider the scheme will lead to detrimental harm to the surrounding highway network, in addition, suitably worded conditions have been included on this decision notice, to further control the proposed operation and ensure that this does not intensify.
"As there are no technical reasons to warrant the refusal of this application and the scheme is deemed to be compliant with the development plan and national guidance."
