Heritage Walk is a development of 85 homes in Ironbridge which was judged on every aspect of site management. So far, 38 homes have occupiers, including six specialist homes created in partnership with HFT, and construction is expected to be complete in 2028.

Mr Follos said: “Winning a regional award once is special but to do so in consecutive years shows me that the standards we’ve set are far from a one-off and that the processes our teams follow are the right ones.”

Danny Tunstall, construction Director at Lioncourt Homes, said: “Regional awards are difficult to win and winning them in successive years is exceptional. Mark has built a reputation for delivering high standards consistently and that's exactly what these awards are designed to recognise.”
