Rotary donation to help bring joy to Shrewsbury children
A Shrewsbury charity supporting children and families in one of the town's most deprived areas is to receive a £250 donation from a local Rotary club
Shrewsbury Severn Rotary Club has agreed to donate £250 to the 4 All Foundation, which runs a community centre offering a range of free activities and support for local families.

The foundation, established by The Marches Academy Trust, took over the running of Harlescott Grange Centre in Shrewsbury this autumn and is working with corporate partners to renovate the site.
At a recent talk to the Rotary club, Gemma Hargreaves outlined the centre's work and its plans to expand its community activities.
The centre provides a daily morning breakfast club for pupils at Grange Primary School, a weekly youth club, cancer support and wellbeing sessions funded by Lingen Davies, creative arts activities and holiday programmes.
These include seaside trips and free family fun days, with all youth and community activities provided at no cost to ensure families are not excluded because of financial circumstances.
Ms Hargreaves said: "We should welcome any help that can be provided to assist a child or young person feel that they belong."
Her presentation ended with a request for the club to consider supporting the foundation's work at Harlescott.
She said: "This will bring joy into children's lives. We are always looking to put on holiday activities and future events.
"More importantly, we have a lovely centre and we need resources to ensure it can be open for more hours a day."
Rotarian Gareth Watkins, the club's immediate past secretary, told Ms Hargreaves: "We do have an emphasis as a club on making things happen locally and try to support local organisations to make an impact."
The club has now confirmed the £250 donation.
