A motorist has caught the moment a tyre went bouncing down a busy Much Wenlock road towards oncoming traffic.

The incident on Wednesday was recorded on dash cam by a motorist travelling up the A458.
Corry Haycock who recorded the footage said the errant tyre had come from a vehicle that had just been loaded onto a trailer on the road.
Obliviously to the loose tyre having come off the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle towing the trailer drove off, leaving the tyre bouncing down the road towards oncoming traffic.
Thankfully, an accident was averted after an oncoming truck driver spotted the tyre and slowed, allowing it to bounce harmlessly off its bumper onto the side of the road.
