Shrewsbury Town are on the verge of a takeover by an American consortium led by Miami-based businessman Scott Davidson.
The group also includes former Premier League goalkeeper Brad Friedel, with fellow Spartans board members Will Dotson and Craig Graham set to join the board at Town - subject to approval and the completion of the takeover.
