Josh Ginnelly nears a call on Town future
Highly-rated Shrewsbury Town goalkeeper Shaun Rowley is set to sign a new deal – while Josh Ginnelly could decide his future within a week.
Manager Micky Mellon has spoken with both players and believes Rowley has decided his future lies at Greenhous Meadow, so will pen one-year terms.

Rowley, Ginnelly and striker Kaiman Anderson were the second-year scholars offered professional contracts at the end of the season, with Anderson having already put pen to paper.
Mellon said: "Shaun has indicated he wants to sign his contract so I think that's going to happen.
In a highly talented goalkeeping department, Rowley is behind first choice Jayson Leutwiler and Mark Halstead, while vying for games with England age group squad players Callum Burton and Harry Lewis.
As for Ginnelly, Mellon has now made contact with the young attacking midfielder and the outlook looks more positive that he will stay.
The Town chief said: "He's still on holiday but I've spoken to him and I'll continue to speak to him. I hope to have some news on that, because he will move us forward and there's a place here for him.
"He's assured me he'll have a conversation with me about it when he gets back from his holiday."
