AFC Telford United’s National League North clash with Morecambe has been rescheduled.
Kevin Wilkin’s side will now travel to Lancashire on Friday, August 28, with the fixture moved forward by a day from its original date.
The match, which will be Telford’s fifth league game of the new season, will kick off at 7.45pm at the Halo Aerospace Stadium.
In a statement, Morecambe confirmed the change had been agreed following discussions between the two clubs and the National League.
The club added that details regarding ticket arrangements for supporters would be announced in due course.
The Bucks begin their National League North campaign at home to Brackley Town a week on Saturday (August 8), before travelling to Worksop Town for their first away league fixture.
Morecambe suffered back-to-back relegations last season, dropping into the sixth tier.
