As the 4,150 players reassess their line-ups, one man will be in demand for anyone planning a transfer - the top points scorer Cesc Fabregas.
The Arsenal midfielder's goals and assists have earned him 22 points, the most of any player in the Premier League game, sponsored by Wickes.
Since the game launched on August 18, the Spaniard has scored four goals and provided five assists.
His dominance of midfield has also helped his club take the top spot in the league, backed by the fantasy game's top striker, Emmanuel Adebayor, who has scored 20 points.
Apart from Fabregas, only four other midfielders have made it into double figures.
Manchester City pair Elano and Martin Petrov both have 15 points, Clint Dempsey of Fulham has scored 13 and Charles N'Zogbia of Newcastle has 10.
In defence, Rio Ferdinand is top of the centre backs with 20 points, followed close by partner Nemanja Vidic on 18.
United team mate Wes Brown and Martin Laursen of Aston Villa both have 15.
At full back, Patrice Evra is the leading player with 18 points, followed by Liverpool's Alvaro Arbeloa on 16.
The top goalkeeper is Liverpool's Pepe Reina with 14 points, followed by Aston Villa's Scott Carson and Edwin van der Sar of Manchester United, who are tied on 13 points.
England's No 1 Paul Robinson is on -5 as his club side Spurs languish just above the relegation places.
With a £2,000 top prize up for grabs, along with eight £100 manager of the month prizes - all provided by Wickes - there is still time for new players to join.
