The Crown & Anchor Vaults is being sold by estate agents Sidney Phillips with a freehold available for £420,000.
The historic Grade II listed pub, which dates back to the mid 19th century, has an annual turnover of £200,000, the estate agent says.

They say the pub “offers a character open plan beamed trading area and three separate accessible independent flats”.
“There is also a very good enclosed trade garden.”
The business, which has been operated by the same management for over 20 years, comes complete with three separate self-contained flats.

A spokesperson for Sidney Philips said: “Our client has operated the Crown & Anchor Vaults since 2005 and has established the pub as a very popular venue, operating evenings only, seven days per week, and specialising in live music.

“We are advised annual gross turnover amounts to £200,000, purely from wet sales. Our client also takes rental income from the flats, but these are all available with vacant possession if required.
“Our client also feels there is real scope for the re-introduction of food sales, but this would require the re-equipping of the catering kitchen.”
