'Neither of us are hip or cool': Big name acts set to play Llangollen next month
The concert is the latest big name gig taking place in Llangollen.
Two music legends and friends have teamed up for their first concert tour together.
Llangollen is set to welcome American pop punk band, Bowling for Soup and English punk/folk singer songwriter, Frank Turner with Sleeping Souls as part of the TK Maxx Presents Live at Llangollen Pavilion on July 3.

The Bowl my Bones tour has already taken Australia by storm and is about to head to the UK.
Jaret Reddit, lead singer of Bowling for Soup said they had talked about touring together for some time.
He said: "It takes a long, long time and a lot of people to organise everything and it is great to finally be on the road together."
He told how he discovered Frank Turner at a time when he was disillusioned with the music scene.

"Music had lost its magic, it was stagnant. Then I heard Frank's Love, Ire and Song and was hooked.
"I started to follow him on Twitter, retweet his stuff," he said.
Frank said he had been blown away.
He said: "I was very flattered that a musician I grew up following was taking an interest in my music.”
Eventually they met at a festival. Then in Covid lockdown Frank joined in Jaret's weekly live stream.
Both musicians agreed that while essentially starting out as punk rock they had also had love for a wide range of music from country to heavy metal.
"We are music survivors," Frank said. "Neither of us are hip or cool, our fans like us because they like our music."
The pair said they were delighted to be appearing at both Cardiff and Llangollen and that many artists miss out Wales on UK tours.
Tickets for the Llangollen concert area available online.
