Drunk Telford van driver caught on the M5 ordered to pay more than £1,000

A Telford van driver who was caught drink driving on the M5 has been fined and banned from the road.

Bobby Arnold, aged 33, was caught driving a Mercedes Sprinter near Junction 4 for Bromsgrove, Worcestershire on November 11 last year.

A test found that Arnold had 44 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit in England and Wales is 35mcg.
