TSR heads for Canary Wharf for project

TSR's building consultancy team is now regularly asked to undertake work in other parts of the country, including head of building surveying Chris Hedley travelling to Dublin last year to survey a building on the banks of the River Liffey. He has now completed a similar project in London's Canary Wharf.

"It's great to still be continuing our work in London and being involved in the London city environment," Mr Hedley said.

"It was interesting because although our work is indicating that there hasn't been a big change arising from Brexit in terms of property investment opportunities and a willingness to invest, the talk among the occupiers down there, being large commercial banks, is they were preparing schemes to possibly look at relocating out of Canary Wharf and London, and to go elsewhere in Europe because of the uncertainly around Brexit.

"It again illustrates that geographically we're not constricted by being based in Shropshire."
