Ms Fairbairn has experience in bid co-ordination, supply chain strategy and data‑driven operational improvement, most recently at Novus Property Solutions, where she worked in supplier performance management and tender support.
She has been joined by other recent recruits Dean Riley as senior quantity surveyor and Michael Cardwell as assistant quantity surveyor.

He is currently progressing through a quantity surveying degree apprenticeship while also serving as an on‑call crew manager with Mid and West Wales Fire & Rescue Service.
CQS Solutions owner Tim Lloyd said: "Dean and Laura bring considerable, proven experience and depth to the team at exactly the right time, strengthening our offer and positioning CQS Solutions for further growth in the coming months.
"Michael has already proven himself since he joined us and will continue to make an important and highly-regarded contribution to our ongoing development."
