No immediate punishment for man, 42, who assaulted two in Shrewsbury
If offender commits another crime in the next 12 months, he could be resentenced for these offences.
A man who assaulted two men in Shrewsbury has been handed no immediate punishment.
Steven Lloyd, aged 42, assaulted the victims in the county town on August 16 this year.
Lloyd, of Grange Close, Condover, near Shrewsbury, pleaded guilty at Telford Magistrates Court to common assault and assault by beating.
Magistrates made Lloyd subject of a 12-month conditional discharge, meaning he faces no immediate punishment.
However, if he reoffends within that timeframe, he could be resentenced for this crime more harshly.
Lloyd was ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £26 victim surcharge.
