Halls appoints new lettings manager
Kate Howells will look after lettings business in Telford and Kidderminster for property group
A Shrewsbury property group has appointed a new lettings manager.
Kate Howells has been promoted to the role at Halls where she will look after the firm's lettings operations in both Telford and Kidderminster.
Born and bred in Telford and having gained seven years of experience of the housing market, she joined Halls in May as a sales and lettings negotiator.

She worked in multiple office jobs at the start of her career but always wanted to move into a sales and lettings role.
In her new role, she will focus on growing Halls' lettings portfolio across both offices by building strong relationships with landlords.
Halls manages all types of property and works with owners who are new to letting, those who self-manage and others who have multiple properties to let.
Ms Howells said: "My intention is to grow property lettings in Telford and Kidderminster and procure as many properties as possible to make Halls the first choice for landlords and tenants.
"I enjoy building and maintaining relationships with landlords and managing all types of property, without exception."
