Shropshire chef James Sherwin is through to the next round of TV's The Taste.

The Shrewsbury nurse turned cook worked alongside 12 other chefs as the kitchen heated up, with his French mentor, Ludo Lefebvre, piling the pressure.
The father-of-two from Heath Farm beat 24 other hopefuls to gain a spot on the Channel 4 show, where contestants must rustle up one spoonful of a dish to be tested by a panel including Nigella Lawson.
She described his dish as "emphatic" and he went through to the next round.
The Taste airs every Tuesday at 9pm.
