Telford coaches earn places at fitness world championships
Two coaches from a Telford community gym have earned places at international fitness competitions after impressive performances in their age groups
Two 50-year-old coaches from a community gym in Telford have qualified for international fitness competitions after a series of strong performances in the UK and Europe.

Adam Kudryl and Victoria Collins, who coach at ORE CrossFit in Halesfield, have both competed against athletes from around the world in their respective age groups.
Adam has secured a place at the iF3 Masters World Championship in Aruba after finishing second at the British Functional Fitness Championships in Sheffield in May and sixth at the European Masters Championships at the University of Bath in August.
He said: "Qualifying for a World Championship at 50 is a dream come true. I've been competing for six years, but earning a place alongside the best masters athletes on the planet is a whole new level.
"I hope it shows our members that your fittest years can still be ahead of you, whatever your age!"

Meanwhile, fellow coach Victoria, known as Vic, competed at the Deadly Dozen World Championships at Crystal Palace in London in September.
She qualified for the event in the 50-54 age group with a time of 55 minutes before finishing 14th in the world championships, completing the course in one hour and five minutes.
Deadly Dozen is a fitness competition featuring 12 laps of a 400-metre track, each followed by a strength and conditioning challenge.
Vic has also enjoyed success in other competitions this year, winning her age group at DEKA FIT in Manchester and finishing second in the world at DEKA ATLAS.

She said: "It was an incredible experience. It was inspiring to compete among my peers who are not letting age define them.
"Fitness racing satisfies my need to compete, and that wouldn't be possible without ORE CrossFit. The team helps me maintain my strength, mobility and motivation, but most importantly ORE has given me friendships and a support network."
ORE CrossFit has been part of Telford's fitness community since 2011. It is run by nine volunteer coaches and owned by Wrekin Barbell Limited, a not-for-profit company.
The gym has members ranging from teenagers to people in their 60s, with sessions adapted to suit different abilities and levels of experience.
