A garden wildlife survey, a new rose and gardens open in Powys this weekend
Reveal the hidden wildlife in your garden, thanks to a new collaboration between the National Garden Scheme and the UK Centre for Ecology and Hydrology (UKCEH).
Their project aims to celebrate the role that gardens play in providing space and resources for wildlife.
The survey runs until September 30, to register visit https://esurveyor.ceh.ac.uk/national-garden-scheme/register-garden
The National Garden Scheme is delighted to announce the launch of a new rose, bred by Harkness Roses, to celebrate the centenary of the National Garden Scheme in 2027.
What makes ‘Lemon Drizzle’ truly special is its abundance of flowers. Throughout the season, the plant produces masses of soft lemon, lightly fragranced blooms, creating a cheerful and uplifting display in the garden.
For every rose sold £2.50 will be donated to the National Garden Scheme. Available to pre-order for autumn delivery.
