Ffraid suffer more end of season heartbreak
It was heartbreak for Llansantffraid.
Waterloo Rovers ended their season with silverware thanks to a dramatic penalty shootout victory over Llansantffraid Village in the MMP Central Wales League Cup.

It was a tight affair at Four Crosses’ Foxon Manor ground - as Fraid, who look to have missed out on promotion, went ahead with 23 minutes remaining.
It looked like they may have done enough but the in form Max McLaughlin equalised to send the game to spot kicks.
And it was a set back early on for Fraid as one of their top scorers Hagi Drammeh missed from the spot with Owain Richards giving his side an early lead in the shootout.
Ollie Herd levelled it up before Waterloo missed to bring the home side back into contention.
However, they again suffered a hit as Callum Wilson missed from the spot to put Waterloo back in the box seat.
McLaughlin made no mistake as Tom Ellis and Will Thomas also converted their penalties as Waterloo won 4-2 on spot kicks.
It caps off a memorable end to the season for Waterloo, who ended up pipping Fraid to second place in the league.
