Two key statistics ahead of West Brom's Millwall clash as Albion look to end lengthy run
Albion go into their clash with Millwall on Friday looking to edge closer to Championship survival.
Albion go into the game on the back of a six game unbeaten run - with the visitors coming into it on the back of a 2-1 defeat at home to Norwich.
But they are still bang in the hunt for automatic promotion - and are one of the favourites heading into the game.
And some statistics have revealed that they certainly have the edge when it comes to past meetings.
A bad omen for Albion is that they are winless in their past nine league games against Millwall - with six defeats and three losses.
The last victory came under Slaven Bilic during the 2019/20 promotion season.
And the away form is one stat that puts Millwall in as favourites for the game.
No side has won more points away from home in the Championship this season - with 36.
They have won ten of their 20 games and lost only four times away from home.
Elsewhere, a win for Millwall would give them a double over Albion for the first time since the Baggies’ 2001/02 promotion winning campaign.
