Pascal Chimbonda to return for Market Drayton Town
Pascal Chimbonda will return to Market Drayton Town for another pre-season run-out tomorrow – and he could be given the chance to start the season with the club.
Drayton manager Lee Ebden spoke with the 34-year-old, who knows assistant boss Chris Hutchings from when they were both at Wigan, today and confirmed he has agreed to play.

The former Premier League star is set to again grace the Greenfields turf against Black Country Rangers, having played for Town in a friendly fixture at home to Notts County last week.
The ex-Wigan, Tottenham, Sunderland and Queens Park Rangers defender is a free agent having been released by Doncaster this summer, and turned out for Tranmere on trial last weekend.
But, with the start of the season fast approaching, the 34-year-old needs to be keeping himself match fit while looking for a club, and knowing the set-up at Drayton may suit all parties.
Drayton boss Ebden said: "If he wants to come and start the season with us fantastic, obviously he would be a great addition to the squad. But it depends on his commitment to the club.
"We will understand if he gets an offer from a full-time professional club but, if not, I would like him to stay and it would be down to us to discuss how we do that. There may be problems on what he can make and not make as he searches for a pro contract, so we will have to see what his thoughts are."
