Kevin Wilkin hails AFC Telford United support after Hereford victory
The Bucks knocked Hereford off top spot with an impressive midweek victory.
Kevin Wilkin hopes AFC Telford United can continue to reward supporters, after hailing the fan base following their 1-0 victory at Hereford on Tuesday.

170 Bucks supporters made the trip to Edgar Street, as Telford headed into the clash as heavy underdogs with Hereford occupying top spot in the National League North at the start of the evening.
But Louis Moult scored the decisive goal on 31 minutes to guide the Bucks to their second victory in a three-match league unbeaten run.
Wilkin hails Bucks support after Hereford win
“Considering our league position, for people to turn out like they have and stay behind us,” head coach Wilkin explained.
“I’m just so pleased for them. They do deserve more than perhaps we’ve offered results-wise so far this season, but hopefully we can build on that.”
Wilkin felt Telford showed two different sides to their game in the win, and most importantly, their ability to adapt.
After a strong first half performance, they had to see out the win and did so in determined style, as Brandon Hall produced a couple of important saves in the process.
‘We needed to be brave, bold and focused... We were all of that’
Wilkin added: “You look at how open and free-flowing we were in the first half, but then you have to adapt your game.
“It turns on its head a little bit when you’re defending several corners with 1,000 plus people in that home end.
“I thought we were brilliant. When people needed to stick their head in, be brave, be bold and stay organised, concentrated and focused.
“We were all of that. They did have a breakaway moment where you think Hereford really should score and Brandon Hall comes up with a couple of fantastic saves.
“Credit to him as well. It’s nice when players come through those situations, can enjoy it and hopefully look forward to Thursday and Saturday.”
