Shoplifter, 61, who stole Covid test and can of Vimto from Home Bargains in Oswestry gets sentenced
A thief who stole a Covid test and a can of Vimto from Home Bargains has been made subject of a community order.

Paul Wilkinson, aged 61, stole the items from the discount chain’s store in Oswestry on September 11 last year.

Wilkinson, of Cornwall Avenue, Gobowen, pleaded guilty at Telford Magistrates Court to theft from a shop.
Magistrates made Wilkinson subject to a 12-month community order which includes 20 rehabilitation activity days and to pay £4.48 in compensation.
