The news comes as Storm Austen sweeps across the region
A Shropshire rugby club has postponed its fireworks night celebration due to Storm Austen.
Ludlow Rugby Club decided to reschedule the event “to ensure the safety of all” after the Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for wind and rain.

A club spokesperson wrote online: “In light of the yellow weather warning for wind forecast for tomorrow, we have decided to reschedule the fireworks to Sunday, November 1.
“We understand the inconvenience this will cause but it is necessary to ensure the safety of all.”
