"Our score increased from 7.7 to 8.0 in the overall experience section of the survey. While this represents a modest improvement, it is a positive step in the right direction and reflects the progress we are making.

"I would like to thank our dedicated staff for the kindness, compassion and professionalism they show every day. It is encouraging to see the positive impact of their hard work reflected in these results.

"The survey also highlights areas where we need to improve, particularly around sleep quality and hospital discharge. We remain committed to listening to our patients and using their feedback to make further improvements.

"Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the survey. Patient feedback plays a vital role in helping us improve our services and ensure we continue to deliver high-quality care for our communities."
