45 properties without electricity after power cut near Shropshire-Wales border
National Grid estimated the issue would be resolved by 9pm
45 homes and businesses were without electricity on Thursday evening, two hours after a power cut near the Wales border.
National Grid reported more than 200 properties near Clun were affected by a power cut at around 5.30pm on Thursday.
Within a few minutes, most of the buildings were back on supply, but 45 remained without electricity at around 7.30pm.

A National Grid spokesperson said there was a fault on the high voltage power lines and engineers were being dispatched to fix the problem.
A map on the National Grid website suggested the issues were centred around the Newcastle and Whitcott Keysett area.
It was estimated that power would be returned to all properties by 9pm.
