Three West Midlands and Shropshire spots rank highly on list of top family walks in UK
As you may know, the West Midlands and Shropshire is blessed with plenty of scenic parks that offer lovely places of respite, especially for families seeking to find enjoyment outdoors.
With the school summer holidays ending quite soon, many families have been spending times in much of their days on walks whether at parks or through scenic trails.
Of course, many people have their local favourite places that they love to call their own.
But where is the best place to go on a family walk in the West Midlands and Shropshire?
Well, research conducted by CEWE (a photo printing company) ranked the best family walks across the UK based on desk research and Google review data.
The company said that each location was analysed for star ratings, number of reviews and family-related descriptive terms such as ‘family’, ‘kids’, ‘best’, ‘picnic’ and ‘easy’.
These terms were used to determine which walks are the most suitable for a family stroll.
As a result of this research from CEWE, three West Midlands locations ranked highly on a list of ten best family walks in the UK.
These locations included Cannon Hill Park, which ranked second on the list. Special mentions include the seventh-ranked Attingham Park in Shropshire, which is close to Shrewsbury. Meanwhile, Birmingham Botanical Gardens is ranked 10th on the list.
