A business park is nearing full occupancy following a trio of deals.

Landlords at Total Park Telford have let the 74,462 sq ft Unit 4 to shellroom specialist VA Technology and the 55,880 sq ft Unit 1 to an unnamed packaging supply company.

Unit 3, which covers 126,488 sq ft, was recently sold to Oakland Farm Eggs, leaving a single vacant unit left on the park.

Ed Chantler is chief executive of Total Developments, the landlord of Total Park in Hortonwood.

He said: "We are delighted to welcome three new occupiers to Total Park.

"These transactions are a strong endorsement of the scheme and reflect the continued demand for high-quality, sustainable industrial space in Telford and the wider region.

"Total Park is attracting ambitious, growing occupiers, and we are pleased to provide a building that supports their expansion."

Dan Allen, finance director of VA Technology, added: "We're really pleased to secure this new site at Total Park.

"This investment comes at a time when we're expecting significant growth over the next few years and it's important that we lay the right foundations by strengthening both our team and our infrastructure.

"Since the company was founded, Telford has always been our home of choice.

"The area offers excellent infrastructure and sits at the centre of a thriving engineering and manufacturing industry."
