Telford office block sold
Courtside House has been acquired and being marketed for £375,000
An office building in Telford has been sold.
Courtside House is a modern, two-storey detached office block in Telford Square and covers 2,607 sq ft.
It has been acquired by an undisclosed purchaser after being marketed by Shrewsbury-based property agency Towler Shaw Roberts for offers in the region of £375,000.

Josh Hyde, apprentice surveyor who handled the sale, said: "Courtside House is well located within the attractive, pedestrianised Telford Square, with its near neighbours including Telford County Court and New Town House.
"It features high-quality office accommodation and generated a high level of interest, resulting in a sale being agreed well in excess of the asking price.
"The new owners plan to occupy the top floor of the property, with the intention of renting out the lower floor."
